She is preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, George Pickney Alpha; two sons, Mark Davis Alpha and Curtis Paul Alpha; her parents, Dupre and Ophelie Leleaux Meaux; her brothers, Dalton Herby Meaux, William Lloyd Meaux, Robert Allen Meaux, Dupre Marie Meaux, Jr., and Chester Lee Meaux; and her sisters, Mary Nettie Meaux Guillot, Beulah Mae Meaux Beuker, Bertha Rose Meaux Andrus and Marie Elaine Meaux Rock.
Survivors include her daughter, Shelia Alpha (Jason) Saucier of Cottonport; son, Flattop Daniel (LeeAnn) Alpha of Cottonport; her grandchildren, Hailey Marie Alpha, Harold Edward Alpha, Curtis Paul Alpha, Jr., Sarah Elizabeth Saucier Armand, Laura Gabriel Saucier and Alexis Delia Alpha; and her great-grandchildren, Aiden Xain Alpha, Vivian JoAnn Armand and Holden Pearson Alpha.
