Ernest Beverley "Pat" Anderson, 87, died April 20, 1997.
Born February 27, 1910, in West Jordan, Utah, to Victor E. and Grace Bricker Anderson. Married Virginia Bateman September 30, 1938, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She preceded him in death November 7, 1995.
Pat was a member of the LDS Church, where he served in many callings including both ward and stake clerk. He loved gardening, music, reading and enjoyed photography. Retired from Kennecott Copper Corp. where he worked as a lineman.
Survived by children, Velle Ernest (Venita), Seth Wallace (Dana), Eldon Milton (Maj-Len); 15 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren; brothers, V. Blaine, Richard, and David; and by "Aunt" Mabel Anderson.
Funeral services Wednesday, April 23, 11 a.m., Mountain View 1st Ward Chapel, 8825 South 3200 West. Friends may call at Goff Mortuary, 8090 So. State, Tuesday, 6-8 p.m. and at the ward Wednesday, one hour prior to service. Interment, West Jordan City Cemetery.
