A native of Texas and a resident of Madera for 20 years, Mr. Urban Eddy, 68, died in a local hospital after a long illness. He was a member of the Masonic Temple of Oklahoma and a member of the Southern Baptist Church in Madera. He is survived by his wife, Eleathia and one son. Lester both of Madera, two daughters; Mrs. Levitha Vance of San Raphael and Mrs. Rebecca Smith of Madera: four brothers, Floy and A. T. of San Raphael, Clayton and Donald of Dinuba; four sisters, Mrs. Bertha Fuller of Childress, Tex., Stella Teague of Carnegie, Okla., Mrs. Alatta May Hamonds of Coleman, Tex. and Mrs. Vera Brown of Medicine Park, Okla. Funeral Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Jay Chapel and burial will be at Arbor Vitae Cemetery.
