Tony operated Service Stations on Percy Ave. in Yuba City before partnering with his brother-in-law Ben Ivy in B & T Construction Co. doing paving work until their retirement in 1992.
Tony loved watching NASCAR, gardening, hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his daughter, son, brother, grandsons, granddaughters, 10 great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 58 years, Celbra Milligan; daughter, Vickie Hern; sister, Lillie Baldridge; brothers-in-law, Ray Baldridge, Earl Matthews, Waymon Webb; sister-in-law, Linda Milligan; and his parents, Charlie and Nora Milligan.
Services will be held Monday, December 17, 2018, at 12:00 at the Chapel of the Twin Cities, 715 Shasta St., Yuba City. Burial will be at Sutter Cemetery.
