A native of Lincoln County, she was daughter of the late John Mauney and Ethel Cook Schronce. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Carver.

Betty is survived by her children, Tommy Carver, Jr., Tammy Johnson and husband Todd, Troy Carver and Terrie Carver; brother, Jeff Mauney; sisters, Jane Smith and Daphine Alexander; grandchildren, Dylan Johnson, Blake Johnson, Chase Carver, Jessica Carver and Juilanna Walker.

Graveside: Hillcrest Gardens Mausoleum of Peace.
