ANGIER — Doris Adams McLeod, 88, passed away Thursday. A native of Harnett County, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Blanche Owen Adams. Doris was the owner of McLeod Florist for 54 years. She was a member of Angier Baptist Church. In 1993.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph E. McLeod; sisters, Barbara Butts and Lulie Gray Adams; and brother, Lloyd Adams.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 2 p.m. at Angier Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Lakeside Memorial Gardens.
