Larry V. Key, age, 73 of Sparkman passed from this life on Sunday, December 9, 2018 at his home. He was born February 14, 1945 in Sparkman the son of the late E.J. and Mildred Hickman Key.
Larry was a millwright and retired pastor. he was a member of Smead Baptist Church. Larry enjoyed hunting and fishing in his free time.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife of 43 years Paula McClure Key, and one brother Doyce Key.
Larry is survived by his son Eddie Key and his wife Donna of Bearden, two daughters, Valarie Harvel and her husband Kenneth of Springhill and Amanda Stamps and her husband Timmy of Sparkman, two sisters, Sue Lewis and her husband Earl of Sparkman and Debbie Dickey of Camden, seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren who all loved their Papaw very much.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday December 12, 2018 at Smead Baptist Church in Sparkman with Bro John Smith officiating. Interment will be at Chapel Hill Cemetery in Sparkman.
