Well oops! Some people forgot to mention that she had a first marriage resulting into 2 older children (Donald Jr. and Theresa), 2 granddaughters (including me!), and 2 great grand kids. She was in a dysfunctional and abusive marriage ( which her ex was remorseful for) She had left Massachusetts after her divorce from her 1st marriage ( 2 MARCH
1947 NOTRE DAME CHURCH IN ADAMS MA; MARRIAGE RECORD ON FILE IN NORTH ADAMS) She had relocated to Plainfield-Moosup CT. As for family photos, she threw them out! I found a picture of her younger self online . I used to have a video from Christmas of 1987 when I guess she pooled some money for my mother me and my sister to visit . I remember seeing her paintings that she had created. Had she offered to paint with me instead of cooking, I might have taken her offer. Instead I was bitter at her for not being active in my life. She was on my opinion a bit cold and aloof...And yes it hurts! :( I hated the steep steps in her house. I later found out years later that the house in Moosup CT was only rented - never owned ( and no I don't want that house!). Anyway, I don't think her and my mom ever got along . And I was a bitter teenager when I had seen her 1987 . My mom (whom had a rocky relationship with Yvonne) had a video of our 1987 Christmas visit . However, the video sadly got damaged beyond repair. Meanwhile, Her second husband Donald Lacharitie was from Moosup, Connecticut b.1940-d.2011 of kidney disease. (7 years older than my father?! Wow! Holy Crap! And nobody told me this I had to learn on my own) He also lived in North Stonington, Connecticut and his ashes were scattered in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. His obit can be found online. So the photos you see on here on this Memorial: I had to get from the internet via ancestry.com One phone to her she had admitted that she thrown out family photos! It's almost as if she was erasing past memories and 1st marriage. To erase me:( Yvonne had about a 6th grade education so one reason why no let
Meanwhile Yvonne had a peaceful passing (early morning according to death record) in her sleep.
