When we first moved to Lincoln nearly 8 years ago, Dick & Kay were among a few of the folks who welcomed us to the neighborhood. We took an immediate liking to them. Dick loved to tell us about his time driving a truck and sharing his joy of gardening. He and Alberto would work on that together on occasion and we were blessed to reap the rewards right along with him. (He grew great jalapenos). Alex shared that he thought Dick was a really nice guy and will miss him. Dick, you will truly be missed, it's hard to imagine not seeing you out in your yard.
