Don was born on October 1, 1931 in Palmyra Township the son of Francis and Edna (Wright) Anderson. He married Edna Marie Gaddis on July 29, 1950 and she preceded him in death on November 2, 2011.
Don retired as warehouse superintendent for E. Bierhaus and Sons after four decades. He loved woodworking and tinkering with steam engines and worked on small engines his whole life. Don also enjoyed going to flea markets and auctions.
