He leaves his wife, Nettie E. Crittendon of Mayfield; three sons, Murel and Billy Crittendon, both of Sedalia, and Hollie Crittendon of Mayfield; a daughter, Christine Mathis of Sedalia; four brothers, Albert Crittendon of Murray, Orville and Robert Howard Crittendon, both of Tiptonville, Tenn., and Charles Crittendon of Hickman; three sisters, Jennie May Wiggins of Mayfield, Dorothy Poyner of Tiptonville, Tenn., and Tot Harris of Austin Springs, Tenn.; 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Two sons, Earl Crittendon and Bobby Crittendon, and a daughter, Laverne Crittendon, preceded him in death.
His parents were Dan and Hattie Eula Crittendon.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield. The Rev. Tommy Grubbs will officiate and burial will be in Burnetts Chapel Cemetery.
