Fraley, Christina Colegrove, of Carter County, and Mary James of Ohio, of the first part; and Catherine Wilburn of Carter and State of Kentucky of the second part, parcel of acres in the County and State of Kentucky, said being part of the real estate of Jessie Fraley deceased, and designated as lot No. 3, situate on the Binion Fork, near the mouth of Precubnias ?(called Bunion Fork, now called Fraley Creek) Fork of Bruin, near Bruin Creek. Sixty-one acres.

Cemetery on a hill on the said property is referred to as the Harve Gray Cemetery (formerly called the Fraley Cemetery), 40 marked graves and unmarked graves not counted in 1976. I visited the cemetery in December 2018 and found no unmarked graves. Known buried in the cemetery: her grandmother Mary "Polly" English Fraley (1765-1860), her father Jessie Fraley (1789-1862) and mother Barbey Trout Wilburn (1795-1870), sister Sidney Fraley Evans (1844-1913), brother James Fraley (1833–1890), and brother Stephen Fraley (1844-1894).
