BEULAH WILLIAMS
Beulah Mae Shelby Williams died Monday, July 16, at Hardin County General Hospital at the age of 96. She was a native of Hardin County, the daughter of the late James and Martha Kilburn Shelby. She was married to Wheeler Williams who preceded her in death in 1977. She was a member of Graham United Methodist Church, and in earlier years, of the home demonstration club. Services were Wednesday, July 18, at 5 p.m. at Shackelford Chapel with Doug Hagler, Benny Taylor and Jim Chamblee officiating. Burial was in Memory Gardens. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Agnes Wilkes of Savannah, Mrs. Lesby Dickson of Tavarres, Fla., and, Mrs. Ruby Howard of Memphis; four sons, Elmer, Guy, Nelson and Billy Williams of Savannah; 17 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Two sons, Edward and L.C., preceded her in death.
