Wiley E Landers was the son of E A Landers and Amanda Mangham Landers. He was named after his his mother's brother, Wiley P. Mangham. He outlived his wife, Hattie Boies Landers, by 12 years. He inherited a considerable amount of land on the east side of Boeuf River between Rayville and Alto.
