Mr. Casper was born July 10, 1921, in Treveskyn, a son of the late Louis and Mary Harde Casper and had been a resident of Muse for the past 35 years.
A disabled war veteran, he had been employed as a dietician at Veterans Hospital. He served as a corporal in the Air Force in World War II. He was a service officer of VFW Post 2416, Pittsburgh, and was a member of Post 902 American Legion, Houston.
Surviving are five sisters: Mrs. Mary Kenyon, Sewickley, Pittsburgh, Mrs. Agnes Bartram, Tampa, Fla., Mrs. Elsie Vergnola, Muse, Mrs. Margaret Manes, Washington, RD 1, end Mrs. Loretta Roberts, McDonald RD 3.
Also surviving are two brothers, Louis, of Muse, and Joseph, of Bridgeville.
A brother, Raymond, is deceased.
