Sandra E. Bruch, 69, of Columbia, MO., passed away on Thursday, September 27, 2018 at Boone Hospital Center.
Sandra was born October 27, 1948 in Thomas County Georgia, the daughter of Elva Lee and Thelma Louise Croft Erskine.
She was former member of United Community Cathedral, New Hope Christian church and Liberty International Ministries. She professed a hope in Christ at an early age. She rededicated her life to Christ and was baptized by her daughter Pastor Jennifer L. May in 2011.
Sandra had a great desire to help people in ministry and in her vocation as a licensed practical nurse. She worked as an LPN II for forty years prior to her retirement in 2014.
She loved to cook and spend time with her daughter and grandson.
She loved nothing better than to take time and go fishing on the banks of a nice pond.
She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter Jennifer(Thomas) May, one grandson David "Jeremiah" Baker, both of Columbia, MO., two sisters Lynda E. (JW "Dinky") Denham of Moultrie,GA. and Debra (Donald) Herrington of Cottage Grove, OR., two brothers Danny Erskine of Panama City, FL. and Ricky Erskine of Moultrie, GA., seven nieces Leslie D. McElrath, Marcy Denham, Nikki Gonzalez, Heather Weeks, LeAnne Littleton, Jessica McCall and Christina Louise Lokey, and six nephews Jamie Denham, Danny Erskine, Lee Erskine, Josh Erskine, Brian Lokey and Jase Lokey.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Elva Lee and Thelma Louise Croft Erskine, one grandson Joshua Freeman Baker, two brothers Loran Adams Jr. and Thomas "Tommy" Adams, one sister Rebecca Faith, one niece Tammi Mallord and two nephews Jack L. Adam's III and Stephen Grant.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at H.T. May and Sons funeral home in Columbia at 1:00PM.
Visitation will be held from 12-1PM Saturday at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Columbia Cemetery, Columbia, MO.
