The sudden death of Mr. W. H. Moy, came as a shock to his numerous friends and acquaintances at Howard, where he resided and worked chiefly for the Queensland Collieries Company for the last twentv-six years or so. Mr. Moy was blacksmith and working mechanic, and was recently employed by Mr. Rankin at the Dawson mine saperintending the getting out of the Government test goal, and he was also going to act in a similar capacity at the Duncan mine, but for his untimely end. Much sympathy is felt for his wife and family of four boys and one daughter. The deceased was a member of the Masonic and Goodfellows' Societies.
