The Cadiz Record obit posted 03 Jan 1990 reads as follows:

Mr. Lucian D "Buck" Stewart, 67, died Thursday at Jennie Stuart Medical Center.

Born in Christian County, Ky., Sept. 8, 1922, he was the son of the late Milton R Stewart and Luttie Stewart, who survives. He was a resident of the Old Buffalo Road in Gracey, Ky. He was a retired electrician with Turner & Son Construction, and a member of the Cerulean Springs Masonic Lodge #875.

He was preceded in death by a son, Henry Stewart in 1951.

Survivors include his mother, Luttie Stewart of Gracey; his wife, Janie Ruth Harper Stewart of Gracey; two sons, James D Stewart of Kent Washington, and Stephen Stewart of Hopkinsville; a step-son, Carl Lindsey of Christian County; a daughter, Sharon Smith of Madisonville, Ky.; a step-daughter, Elecia Henson of Paducah, Ky.; four sisters, Lillie Mae Burnett of Gracey; Mrs. Hayden (Yvonne) Cameron of Gracey, Mrs. Darrell (Beatrice) Stapp of Christian County, and Mrs. Rudolph (Irene) Farmer of Hopkinsville. Six grandchildren and four stepgrandchildren also survive.

Funeral services were held at 2 pm, Saturday, Dec. 30, 1989, at Hughart and Beard Funeral Home with the Rev. Tim Miller officiating. Burial followed in Daniel Stewart Cemetery in Trigg County.
