Bellah Bartee Rites at Moran
Moran—Funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Moran Church of Christ for Bellah B. Bartee, 63, resident of Moran since 1929 who died at 12:45 p.m. Thursday in Shackelford County Hospital at Albany. Burial plans are pending at Wylie Funeral Home.
Mr. Bartee was born Aug. 6, 1896 (sic: 1895), in Madisonville and married Georgia Sanderson (1903-1996) in June, 1930 (sic: 1920), at Groesbeck.
Survivors include the wife; two daughters, Mrs. (Annie) Christine (Bartee 1931-2004) Moore of Silsbee and Mrs. Rollin Fuller (Nettie Murle Bartee 1925-1988) of Moran; three sons, Edgar (Lee Bartee 1922-1993) of Moran, B. B. (Bellah Buck 1935-1966) Jr. of Port Arthur and (Dossie) Gordon (Bartee 1929-1994) of Albany; one brother, J. L. (James Lee 1891-1970) of Corpus Christi; a sister, Mrs. Harmon (Gay) Hoke (Hallie May Bartee 1902-1997) of Houston; and 12 grandchildren.
