A Chapel Service for Matt W. Puckett will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, November 23, 2018, with Rev. Silverino Kwebuza, AJ, officiating at John Kramer & Son Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Rachal Cemetery, Lena, LA.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. until time of service on Friday, November 23, 2018, at the funeral home.

Matt is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Jack and Evelyn Matt; his paternal grandparents, I.D. and Stella Puckett; and his sister, Donna Puckett Basco.
Matt was a loving husband, son, brother, uncle and friend. He loved the outdoors, farming and trucks. He will be missed my all who knew him.
He is survived by his loving wife, Lea Puckett; his two daughters, Crissy Shirley and Whitney Brevelle; his two grandchildren; his mother and father, Roy “Pete” and Betty Ann Puckett; his three siblings, Denise Puckett Farace (Sam), Craig Puckett (Lucina) and Roy Puckett, Jr.; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers honored to serve will be Brandon Bates, Buddy Williams, Steve Basco, Steve Hickman, Seth Puckett, James Lucas, Taylor Bates, Leif Bruner and Eric Bruner.
