Bernard W. Jenkins, 72, of 404 Virginia Ave. died this morning at Mary Washington Hospital. He was a retired employe of the Richmond, Fredericksburg & Potomac Railroad.
He is survived by a son, Douglas Jenkins of Fredericksburg; a sister, Mrs. Myrtle Powell of Richmond; and one grandson.
A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Monday at Wheeler and Thompson chapel with interment in Oak Hill Cemetery. Rev. J. Howard Cates will officiate.
