Jacqueline Kay Bailey, 81, passed away on Saturday, November 17, 2018, in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was born in Boone County on July 27, 1937, to Noble and Pearl (Ottinger) Barnes.
She was married to Charles Samuel Bailey, on May 31, 1953, and he survives.
Survivors include her Husband, Charles Samuel Bailey, Two Sons: Victor L. (Alice) Bailey of Lebanon, Indiana, Vince (Lisa) Bailey of Louisville, Kentucky, One Daughter, Verona L. (Brian) Shipley of Silver Spring, Florida, Eight Grandchildren, and Nine Great Grandchildren. Also surviving are her siblings: Patty (Royce) Hug of Indianapolis, Ernest (Valerie) Barnes of Sheridan, and Robert (Sibby) Barnes of Sheridan.
In addition to her parents, Kay was preceded in death by one daughter, Vanesa Bailey.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at Myers Mortuary 1502 North Lebanon Street, Lebanon, Indiana. Visitation will be on Tuesday, November 20 from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow services at Oak Hill Cemetery.
