Funeral services were held at McKenna-Ouellette Funeral Home for Daniel G. Lecourt, age 64, who died November 7, 2018. Interment followed in Calvary Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Lecourt was a former resident of Grand Rapids, Michigan and passed away unexpectedly at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston due to complications from surgery.

He was born in Lowell on June 26, 1954, and was a son of the late Gerard and Reine (Allard) Lecourt. He was a graduate of Dracut High School and earned his bachelor's degree in business from the former Nathaniel Hawthorne College satellite in Hudson, NH.

Daniel was an avid baseball fan, and was overjoyed to watch his beloved Red Sox win the championship this year. He proudly watched nearly every game of this record breaking season. He also enjoyed watching the New England Patriots, anything on the History Channel, especially "American Pickers", and home remodeling shows. He loved dogs, US History, and music, in particular Billy Joel, Elton John, and the Beach Boys.

He was survived by his first wife Jacqueline Guernon; one son, two daughters, eleven grandchildren, one brother, three sisters, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Sally Lecourt.
