Mildred Jane Frasher Alford 74 of Culoden, went home to be with the Lord on November 16, 2018.

Mildred was born September 15, 1944 to the late Harry and Sylvia Frasher. She was also preceded in death by her loving husband Wondal Lee Alford; sister, Dorothy Jewel Frasher; and brothers, Richer Lee Frasher, Robert Paul Frasher and Harry S. Frasher Jr.

She was a loving wife, mother and friend and was a member of Freedom Independent Church, Bradrick, OH.
Mildred is survived by her daughter Vickie Norris of Hurricane; son, Christopher Alford (Michelle) of Culloden; sister Linda Ruth Kasyer (Dayton) of Baltimore, OH; brother Ralph Frasher (Kathy) of Hebron, OH; grandchildren, Charles Adam Norris (Kera), Timothy Wayne Norris (Leigh Ann), Katelynn Alford, Madelynn Alford; great grandchildren, Evelynn Norris, Jaqulynn Norris, Hailey Norris, Gracie Norris and Ryan Zitzelsberger; and many other extended family and friends.

Love and special thanks to Karen and Greg Wallace as special friends and always taking your time, love and concern with Mom.

Visitation will be at 11:00 am followed by a funeral service at 12:00 Noon Monday November 19, 2018, at Chapman Funeral Home, Hurricane with Dr. Lucian Baker and Pastor Andy Freeman officiating. Burial will follow in Alford Family Cemetery, Hurricane.
