Betty J. Gladis, 65, of Farron Road, died Tuesday April 12, 2005 at her residence.
Betty was born October 2, 1939, in the of Town of Tyre, the daughter of John and Maude O'Connor Wright Smith. She lived in Seneca Falls most of her life. She was retired from Newark Developmental Center in Newark and had worked for former Seneca Falls hospital and the former Eisenhower College of Seneca Falls. She attended Waterloo Baptist Church in Waterloo.
Betty is survived by one daughter Debra (Allen) Larsen of Seneca Falls; three sons William (Joy) Gladis and Kevin (Cindy) Gladis of Seneca Falls and Terry Kime of Atlanta, Ga; her companion, Stanley Kime of Seneca Falls; 10 grandchildren and two great grandchildren; one sister Joan Romano of Clyde; three brothers Earl Wright of Savannah, Donald (Cheryl) Wright of Wolcott and Robert (Debbie) Wright of Savannah.
She was predeceased by her husband, William Gladis and one sister, Shirley Lyman.
