Mrs. Miller was born in Hatteras. She had been a credit manager with Kimnach Ford for five years and was a member of United Methodist Church-Hatteras.
Survivors include her husband, George C. Miller; two daughters, Donna Perry and Kathy Cohen, and a son, Ray O'Neil, all of Virginia Beach; three stepdaughters, Deborah L. Massengale and Teresa F. Kent, both of Virginia Beach, and Kathryn S. Miller of Chesapeake; three sisters, Leola Rollinson of Buxton, N.C., Rosamond Meekins of Beaufort, N.C., and Selina A. Goodwin of Hatteras; two brothers, Hubert L. Austin of Moyock and Archie E. Austin of Morehead City, N.C.; and 10 grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel, by the Rev. W. Jerry Holcomb. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may join the family at the residence this afternoon. Memorial donations may be made to Shriners' Crippled Children's Hospital, 243 W. Freemason St., Norfolk 23510, or to Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters.
