Addalynn Mae Canzoneri was born June 27, 2018 at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia, Missouri, the daughter of Madeline Taylor and Jonathon Canzoneri.
Addalynn Mae (Addy) passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Columbia. At the time of her death, she was three months old.
Addalynn is survived by her parents, sister, Avery; brother, Jaxson; grandparents, Jeffrey and Pamela Canzoneri, Todd Reinerd, Amanda Reinerd, Zachary and Sarah Taylor; great-grandparents, Charlie Reichers, Kathy Bounds, John and Sue Taylor, Betty Blakely, John and Becky Reinerd and Alberta Reinerd; great-great-grandmother, Edith Reinerd; and numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and friends.
Addy Mae will be remembered by her sweet smile.
Visitation starts at 10:00 a.m. with funeral services following at 11:00 AM.
Memorial Services will be at the Rush Hill Community Church, 222 Church St. Rush Hill, MO 65280 on Friday, October 12, 2018.
