BRANSCOMBE, Albert P. - 58, died Saturday, April 13, 2002, in Yarmouth Regional Hospital. Born March 6, 1944, in Glassville, Carleton Co., N.B., he was the son of the late Paul and Olive (Quinn) Branscombe. Throughout his childhood he lived in Centreville, Carleton Co., N.B. He worked at Fundy Group Publications for the past 18 years and was a lighthouse keeper at Peases Island Light and Alarm. He served in the Canadian Corps of Commissionaires and worked for both Cosmos Imperial Mills and Dominion Textiles as a loom fixer. He is survived by his wife, Doreen (Moulaison); sons Gerald (Michelle); Paul (Kim); daughter, Kathy (Darren) Kuhn, four grandchildren; sisters Irene (Delbert) Lloyd, Gloria (Wayne) Hovey, Paula (Dana) Davenport, all of Carleton County, N.B. Predeceased by sisters, Grace and Geraldine. Visitation 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday in Sweeny's Funeral Home, 567 Main St., Yarmouth. Scattering of ashes will take place 10 a.m. Thursday at Cape Forchu, Yarmouth Co. Memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, April 18 in South Ohio United Baptist Church, South Ohio, Yarmouth Co., Rev. Victor Adams officiating assisted by Vicki Sears. Donations to Victorian Order of Nurses, Yarmouth Branch.
