Died at Hospital
Robert Winterton of Keyport Died Friday of Typhoid Fever.
Robert Winterton of Keyport died at the Long Branch hospital Friday morning from typhoid fever, which set in on Tuesday. Mr Winterton was at the hospital for treatment for stomach trouble. Mr Winterton was 56 years old the day of this death and besides his mother, he is survived by two brothers, Samuel and Harry Winterton, both of Keyport. He was engaged in the trucking business for many years with his brother Samuel. Mr Winterton was a member of the American Mechanics, Hook and Ladder company and the First Baptist church, from which church the funeral was held Sunday afternoon. Rev. A. W. Hand, pastor of the church, had charge. Interment was in Green Grove cemetery.
