Bobby was born to Jesse and Carolyn Pelton. He played basketball and graduated from Pascal High School in 1963. He enlisted in the Air Force in 1968, serving a tour in Vietnam. He became a Christian in the early 90's, and devoted his life to studying the Word and helping those with addiction issues. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers Joe Ed Pelton and Ronald Pelton. He is survived by one brother and his wife, three children, and eight grandchildren.
