Albin Mero Bouska, 92, passed away in Ennis, Texas on Thursday, November 8, 2018, which was also his wedding anniversary date when he married the love of his life Mildred Pouzar in 1947.

Albin was born in Bardwell, Texas on November 30, 1925. He grew up in Bardwell and attended school there. He served his country proudly in the United States Navy during World War II on a hospital ship.

He worked for Ennis Automotive as a supervisor. He was a member of the St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church of Ennis, SPJST and Sokol. He loved the outdoors, working in his yard and dancing.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Mildred Bouska; brothers: Jerry, William, Charlie and Leslie Bouska; sister, Mary Bouska Patak and son-in-law, Phillip H. Bronson.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 11, 2018 from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. with Rosary at 4 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary of Ennis.

Mass of the Christian burial will take place on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at 10 a.m. in the St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church with Father John Dick as celebrant. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery under the direction of J.E. Keever Mortuary, Inc.
