LYNG, Lawrence Bernard, Born: February 22, 1927, Passed: September 19, 2006 Preceeded in death by his parents, Ludwick and Ida Lyng; son, Eric; brother, Ronald. Survived by his wife, Evelyn of Summer Tree, Tucson; daughters, Connie (John) Carroll of South Australia, Laura (Ken) Christian of Methow, WA, Chris Currin of Lakewood, WA; grandchildren, Renae (Mike) Hannahs, Julie (Jerry) Reitz all of Eatonville, WA., Rebecca Merrill, Christine Carroll and Elizabeth Carroll all of South Australia, Samantha Siverson of Lakewood, WA; great- grandchildren, Kyle and Kendra Hannahs, Benjamin and Kaylin Reitz all of Eatonville, WA., James Merrill of South Australia; many nieces and nephews. Larry was a Navy vetran of World War II, a shipwright and retired commercial fisherman. He loved working with his hands, building and fixing anything. A friend to all he met, Larry was quick to offer a helping hand to anyone in need. He will be greatly missed by all. Services to be held Friday, September 22, 2006 at Saint Matthews Episcopal Church.
