Ben F. Dushek Dies At Age Of 49; To Hold Rites Today
Funeral mass for Ben F. Dushek 49, of North Milwaukee ave., who died Monday, will be said today (Thursday) at 9:30 a.m. in St. Joseph’s church. Burial will be at Ascension cemetery.
Mr. Dushek died at 6 a.m., Monday in St. Therese hospital, Waukegan, after an illness of a few weeks.
A resident of Lake county for about 30 years, Mr. Dushek had lived at the Milwaukee ave. address for 15 years. He was an engineer for The Frank G. Hough Co. for eight years.
Surviving are his widow, Ina; two sons, Robert, who is in the army and on his way home from Okinawa, and Ben, Jr., a graduate of Libertyville High school.
Also surviving is his father, Vincent, of Johnson ave., and a sister, Mrs. Irene Grant, Libertyville. His mother, Marie, preceded him in death last year.
