Holocaust:
His great-granddaughter, Kate Salomon (1900-1942) was murdered in the Trawniki concentration camp during the Holocaust, along with her husband and children. One descendant migrated to to England, and another migrated from England to New Zealand.

Extant branches:
Of his children the ones with extant branches are: Siegmund Freudenberg (1828-1908) who migrated to the United States in 1867. Bernhard Freudenberg (1823-1877) had Clara Antonie Freudenberg (1856-1939) Schwerin as a child, and her descendants migrated to the United States. Bernhard Freudenberg also had Oskar Erich Freudenberg (1864-1942) as a child and he migrated briefly to England where he had children, and their descendants are extant.
