He married Winifred Doolen on Oct. 23, 1930 at St. Agnes Church, Utica. She died Dec. 29, 1979.
Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Lera Hosmer, Lowville, and Mrs. Verna Canfield, Antwerp; nieces and nephews.
Six sisters. Hazel Fowler, Manha Arnold, Ethel Arnold, Learenah Smith, Vera Arnold and Orpha Arnold died before him. Three brothers died at birth.
