Mr. Sierra was a lifelong resident of New Orleans. He also was the owner of Brandi-Lynn Inc., a leasing company. He was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, the National Rifle Association, New Orleans Big Game and Fishing Club, the New Orleans Power Squadron, Louisiana Marine Association and Ducks Unlimited Game and Fishing Club.
Survivors include his wife, J. Vera D. Sierra; his mother, Alma Sierra; a daughter, Charlotte Sierra; a brother, Don Sierra; two sisters, Joyce Camarata and Gail Ford; one grandchild; and one great-grandchild.
