Friday afternoon funeral services will be held at Belding for Erwin A. Mead, 83, of 615 Williams, who died at Belding hospital on Tuesday
Mr. Mead was a native Ionia resident and had lived at Belding since 1937. He was a farmer and had worked at the Belding factory.
Four son survive as do three daughters. Also are three step-sons including Mason Krick of Ionia, 32 grandchildren, three great grandchildren, 12 step-grandchildren and 11 step-great grandchildren.
Burial will be at River Ridge cemetery at Belding.
