Funeral Services for Margaret Joyce Erwin will be held at 2:00pm Saturday, October 27, 2018 at Resthaven Funeral Home.
Margaret Erwin passed away on Thursday, October 25, 2018. She was born on April 6, 1933 in Caddo County Oklahoma to Orval and Opal Goodwin.
Margaret lived in South Oklahoma City until 2011 when she moved to St. Katharine's Drexel.
Margaret was a graduate of Alfalfa High School, She went on to graduate from Oklahoma General Hospital- School of Nursing in 1954.
Margaret met Gene Erwin and later married in 1956 and enjoyed 30 years together.
She is Preceded in death by her parents, Brother Willard, Sisters Louella Hermanski and Alita Lamb.
Survivors include: Son – Brent Erwin of Edmond, Daughter – Melinda and Chris Gatz of El Reno.
Grandchildren – Brian and Jennifer Erwin of Mustang, Caleb and Jaxon Gatz of El Reno and Taylor Erwin of Union City.
Great Granddaughter – Brennyn Erwin of Mustang
Sister – Nelda Garcia of Eldorado Kansas
Brother – Russell and Rita Goodwin of Carnegie
And numerous other friends and relatives.
