Frank is the son of Raymond E. Coer and Nancy A. Morrone Coer. He was born in Waterbury, CT. and was the 4th of 5 children. Frank never married and didn't have children. He was serving in the US Navy at the time of his death. His rank was HM3 and he was a medic, that is why it says "DOC" on his headstone. He loved serving his country and being part of the Navy. Because he was a medic, he was attached to a Marine Corp unit and said it was like being in both branches. Frank was a great man and especially, a great brother. He is greatly missed.
