Mr. Don E. Dela, of Hettinger, N.D., and Miss Beulah Baker, of Grand River, drove over to Leon last Wednesday afternoon and were united in marriage at the home of Dr. J. O. Woodmansee, the ceremony being performed by Justice John Woodmansee.

They were accompanied to Leon by the bride's father, Joseph Baker, and two of her brothers and the bridal party returned to Grand River that evening and after visiting there a few days will go to their future home at Hettinger, N. D., where Mr. Dela is engaged in farming. The bride is a popular young lady of Grand River who has many friends who extend their hearty congratulations. for her future happiness and prosperity.

Hettinger - Beulah Olive Dela, 103, died June 14th at Hettinger. Services were held Wednesday at the Hettinger Methodist Church with burial in the Hettinger Cemetery.

Beulah Baker was born July 22, 1883, in Grand River, Iowa, where she was raised and educated. She moved to Osceola, Missouri, in 1905 and then homesteaded in the Zeona, S.D. area from 1910 to 1912. She married Don E. Dela on July 7, 1915, in Leon, Iowa. After their marriage, they farmed south of Bucyrus until moving to Hettinger in 1920. In 1944 they moved to Culver City, California, returning to Hettinger in 1949. Mr. Dela preceded her in death.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star and Rebekah.
