Charles Napoleon Abare was the eldest son of Albert & Laura (Baron) Abare/Abair. His father was a barber.
Napoleon was a machine hand/mechanic and died of Typhoid fever.
Besides his parents, Napoleon will be missed by siblings:

3. Villida, born 25 November 1898, wed Harry A Bracken
4. Josephine, born about 1904
