Norma Jean Mackie Blanton, 90, passed away peacefully on October 16, 2018 at Lowrie Place in Butler, Pennsylvania. Born in Winston Salem, North Carolina she was the widow of Pastor Theodore Raymond Blanton, Jr., and a daughter of the late Basil Gerard and Elizabeth Rebecca Mosley Mackie.
She was a homemaker and a member of Berean Independent Baptist Church. She loved spending time with her family and supporting her husband in the ministry.
Surviving are a daughter, Kathy Rastelli (Andy) of Butler, PA; three sons, Mickey Blanton of Parker, PA, Dennis Blanton (Donna) of Liberty, and Stan Blanton (Lana) of Easley; a sister, Ann Erickson of Clifton, TX; 18 grandchildren and 35 great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Basil and Richard Mackie.
