Tammy Lanell Beville, 43, of Cub Run died Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2014, at Baptist Health in Louisville.
She was born December 11, 1970 in Leitchfield, KY the daughter of James R. & Linda M. Basham Beville.
Survivors include four daughters, Latosha Beville-Hayes of Leitchfield, Hali Decker-McCubbins, Tangarae Decker and Leah Decker, all of Cub Run; her parents, James and Linda Beville of Leitchfield.
A memorial service will begin at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 4 at McGrew Church in Anneta. Cremation was chosen in lieu of burial. A time of remembrance will be from 4-7 p.m. at the church.
