George is survived by his beloved wife, Phyllis; two sons, Scott and Brian and his wife Cheryl; sister Anne; grandchildren, Dana, Scott II, Steven, Nicholas and James; great-grandchildren Russell and Bristol. He is also survived by his "daughter" Wanda, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins, including Barbara Lupey, who introduced George to Phyllis. He was preceded in death by his father, George Preston and mother, Arbutus, as well as his son, George "Terry" Lesh.
Services will be held Saturday, October 20th from the David M. Myers Funeral Home, Newport, PA at 11 AM. There is a viewing from 10 AM until the service. Burial will follow in the Newport Cemetery. A time of fellowship will be held at the Ranch House, Duncannon, PA at 2 PM. In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, memorial contributions are requested to Bethesda Mission, PO Box 3041, Harrisburg, PA 17105.
