Bessie is survived by daughter Cathy (Mark) Brandyberry of Urbana; son Jeff (Tina) Jenkins of St. Paris; seven grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; and several great-great grandchildren; sisters Pauline (Bud) Tinelli of Moorehead, KY, Janie (Kurt) Briggs of Russell, PA, Linda (Jim) Pompillo of Sugar Grove, PA; brothers Bud Penley of Port Jefferson, Jerry Penley of Piqua, James Penley of Sugar Grove, PA. She was preceded in death by two sisters and one son, Richard L. Jenkins.
Bessie retired from Honeywell in Urbana after many years of service. She loved to sew, knit, work in her garden, and make stained glass artwork.
Graveside services will be held Monday, October 15, 2018 at Rosedale Cemetery in Rosewood, OH at 10:00 AM.
