Roach, Mrs. Joyce Carter, born on April 25, 1938, went home to be with our Lord on October 3, 2018. She leaves behind a loving husband of 33 years, Millard (whom she always called "Roach"), 8 children, 12 grandchildren, 12 great-grand- children, & 1 sister.
A graveside service was held Monday, October 8, 2018, at New Hope United Methodist Church Cemetery, Randolph, Va.

Joyce Anne Hilliard was twice married. First to Raymond Morgan Carter, Sr. (1935-1975) and secondly to Millard Carter Roach.
