Waldemar Becker, also known as Becker-Bey or Becker-Bei was a Finnish soldier, politician and adventurer. Becker's parents were captain Gabriel Julian Wilhelm Becker and Kristina Fredrika Reuterskiöld.
Becker excelled in the Spanish War against Morocco, fought in Mexico from 1862, moved from there to Egypt, Serbia, Greece and France. He published an article in 1880 in which he presented the idea of ​​Finland's independence under the protection of Western powers.
