Judy Ann Bohdan (nee Collins), age 53, passed away May 21, 2014. Born in Ozark, Arkansas, to the late Arthur Collins and the late Ruby Foster-Collins. Beloved wife of the late Michael; loving mother of Amanda Crutchfield, Tabitha Bohdan and Eric Crutchfield; cherished grandmother of Courtney Greeve, Alexander Bohdan, Victoria Gillespie, Kiley Gibson and Daman Bohdan; dear sister of Carl, Hearn, Calvin, Susie, Doris and April. Preceded in death by her siblings James Eugene, Mike, Tommy, Bobby, Berry, Dale and Douglas. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, December 10th, at 11:30 am, at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 5650 N. Canfield Ave. in Chicago, Illinois.
