Kathleen Lucille Peters, 92, of Bryan, passed away Tuesday October 2, 2018. Friends and family are invited to a time of visitation from 6 to 8pm Saturday, October 6, 2018, at Callaway-Jones Funeral Center in Bryan. Her life will be honored with a graveside service Sunday, October 7, at the Bryan City Cemetery. Services are in the care of Callaway-Jones Funeral and Cremation Centers of Bryan College Station.

Kathleen was born May 31, 1926, in Bellville, Texas, to Charles and Ida Falk. She has lived in Bryan for 65 years after moving from Baytown. Kathleen was a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church in Bryan. She also served as Past President of both the VFW Auxiliary and the American Legion Auxiliary.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Edgar "Pete" Peters; son, David Peters; daughter, Brenda Lee Peters; and her parents.

Survivors include her daughter, Kathy Schultz and husband Ronnie; two grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and daughter-in-law, Millie Peters.

The family offers a special thank you to Hospice Brazos Valley for their compassionate care and to a special friend, Lyn Novosad, for her loving care of Kathleen.
