He was born June 10, 1933 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Chester Joshua & Nancy Marie Macy Baldwin. Richard was a Veteran of US Army, a minister and a member of Millerfield Brethren In Christ Church.

Rebecca Janette Mooney, Lawrenceburg, Ky, John Allen Baldwin, Frankfort, Ky.; 3 stepchildren: Debbie Mullins, Russell Springs, Darryl Hudson, Lexington, Dale Hudson, Alabama; one sister: Barbara Liddle, Indianapolis, IN; two brothers: James Baldwin, Plainfield, IN and Wendell Baldwin, Greenwood, IN; 3 grandchildren and 7 step grandchildren.
Funeral service for Richard Allen Baldwin will be Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at the Millerfield Brethren In Christ Church with Bro. Troy Grider officiating. Visitation is 5-8 p.m. on Tuesday at Bernard Funeral Home Chapel and after 9 a.m. on Wednesday at the church.
